Ah hunting, the best thing that could happen amongst just about any vampire that was out there. Always at night, or at least at a time when they knew that the sun was not going to kill them, it would be a bad thing if they got caught with something like that. No, most vampires were a lot smarter then that, they had brains and they knew how to use them so they were going to make sure hat they were in the right area at the right time. Also they had to make sure that they were not going to get caught by the other people, and the ones that they were going to go after to hunt and kill and drain them of there blood. Today was no different when it came to the hunt, you had to hunt when you needed the blood, or you just needed something to have fun with as well. Today was going to be different through, when Elaniea was going to go out and find herself someone to have a little fun with. She didn’t know that she was going to have a run in with another vampire, and it was going to be rather fun.
Elaniea was hungry, she had not hunted or feed in a long time, and she needed something to get her through the rest of the time she was in the area. She didn’t think she could make it with out a hunt or kill, and that was bugging her to no end. So that day she thought that she would head down to the forest that they would go out into and do some of there playing around. That and she knew with the trees that she could get some good escaping if she needed to, because of that she loved to hunt in that area, and it made her happy. So in her home, she pulled on a short black dress, then put a shirt on over top of that, once she had that on she put her shoes on and pulled her hair through a brush making herself more pretty then before. Then again, to non vampires she was going to be stunning, but she wanted to be stunning to herself as well, not just what other people thought about her as well. So she worked on making herself come off as really pretty here.
Once she knew that she was ready, she made her way out of her home and started along the long path. She was going to travel fast, the only other thing she had when it came to be who she was. She was fast and she could do some mind tricks as well, that was how she had gotten to be what she was. So she ran for the first while, not finding this tiring or anything like that, then she jumped into the trees and started to bounce from one to another, just making sure that she was above all things and no one was going to be able to get her there. She was on the hunt and nothing was going to stop her from getting what she wanted with these people, that was when she heard the people that were in there working on there magic. Now, how was she going to get one on there own? Well that was a lot easer then she thought that it was going to be, as she watched and waited most were going off, and one man was standing there on his own. She grinned some, oh he was hot, she knew that she wanted him she bet that his blood was going to be nice. She waited and watched then hoped down standing by a tree. "My, my what are you doing all alone in the woods little boy?" She asked cooing that had the man distracted and she was able to swoop in quicky and kill him with out another thought, draning his blood quicky she then sat back on the ground and sighed. But jumped up again when she heard someone around where she was. "Whos there!" She demanded as she was ready to strike.

Really, he wasn't particularly thirsty for alcohol, it was just a distraction from the real problem....the fact that he hadn't fed in about three weeks. This wasn't out of his own sentencing, no, he had been healing. Even with vampires accelerated rate of healing, it had taken him about two weeks to even be able to walk again. He had jumped from a five story building, half drunk, curious as to what it would do. He hadn't thought that the effects would be that serious, however, he had not counted on breaking about every bone in his right leg. That was just an added bonus. Being too proud to go to the healer, he had set the leg himself and thought it wise, even with his stubborn ways, to lay off the craziness for a while. So, he had been out of play for three weeks. He was desperate to hunt again but realized quite clearly that he was not up to his usual physical standards. So, he promised himself that he would take it slow.
He had dressed casually for tonight, wanting to be as comfortable as possible as he tested the strength of his leg again. He had it wrapped up underneath his jeans, though, he was too proud to use any other method of binding. He wore a white shirt, dark washed jeans, a black leather jacket, and his leather boots. The boots were so worn in that the leather was as soft as baby's skin in some places, and he liked them, because they were easy to run in. He was going to try and run, he decided, but thought he should probably be as on the safe side as possible. He was drinking now to numb some of the pain that had come bubbling back up simply from walking from his small cottage to the bar, and to try and prevent feeling any further pain tonight. With that thought in mind, he asked the bartender for a good deal more vodka, which he handed over without a second look at him. After he drained that, he started to feel the pain lessen, and decided that it was safe to move on with his hunt. He waved goodbye to the bartender and walked slowly to the door, ready to quench this unbearable thirst.
Once outside, he headed for the trees on the edge of town. Slowly, painstakingly, he moved forward, testing his limits. He soon found himself sort of jogging - in no way his previous best speed, but faster than he had gone in some time, so he felt a little more strength return to his body. He moved his way into the trees, focusing on getting to the denser area. It was as he approached this area that he caught the scent of some nonvampire creature, which sent his deprived senses reeling. He ran as fast as his body would allow him, heading toward the scent. He was so completely in tune with the scent that he didn't even smell the other vampire, didn't hear her at all, didn't note her presence, until he could see her crouching over the kill. He felt anger seizing him, and he strode closer to the clearing where the female stood. "You idiot! You probably fed yesterday, didn't you? I needed that kill! Now what am I supposed to do? Agh." The last part was a small slip of pain that he felt as he stumbled, walking quickly towards her, intending to hit her or something. He was so angry, so thirsty....nothing else really mattered.

She felt like someone was watching her, she didn’t know if someone was going to be there or if she was going to have to deal with another vampire. She stiffened and looked around the place that she was at and with the dead body down there at her feet, it still had some blood in it, but he was dead none the less. This all made her remember about a time when she was younger, and had been out on her own when she was hunting. She had been out with the forest, there were so many trees and so many creatures, there had been one lone and stupid Caster being out in the forest and she was talking the time to kill this one. She had just come up on the other person when another vampire came in and took the man from her. she was so made that she just about killed the vampire for taking her food. She had remembered all the things going on in her life, it was amazing she had not went after that man again and killed him for taking her food for that day, so now she knew what it had been like.
So with this new feeling that there was someone else in the forest with her kind of made her upset, someone else was going to come into her fun and she didn’t want to have that. She moved and found another body, well another person and killed them then brought them over so that this new person, whoever or whatever they were could have there own body and was not going to take the things that she had worked so hard on getting form her again. She felt a bit odd now, there was something about the smell that was starting to come through the area. She could tell that there was something about that, that smell. She looked around the area and tried to see what this person was, she sat down on the ground for a moment so that she could get some feelings from the grounds. She was strange, she had some feelings with the grounds that there was, and she could smell something on the air and she wanted to know what it was and it was driving her nuts, she didn’t like being nuts so she wanted this person to get there butts there.
she stud up again now, seeing that she couldn’t stand sitting there that was when Chance came out of no where and was yelling at her about feeding now. She jumped yelling some as she ran around a bit when he was yelling at her, she then moved over to him and then hit him some on the shoulder as she looked at him. "Don't you yell at me Chance, I hadn’t feed in two weeks either, besides i got you another body" She said as she rubbed her face some and frowned. "See drink, you can have that one the blood is fresh i just killed him, so go on you big lump." She whimpered some, she knew who this guy was, in fact she was good friends with him, but she could tell that he had not feed in a long time because of how he was acting around her. She felt a little stung by the actions but she was not going to hold onto that to much now. She just waited for him to get a bite into the body and then she would be able to talk to him with out having to yell.

All he could think of was that body, how good the blood would have tasted, and how it was the only thing he really wanted. The only other thing that even began to enter his mind in the smallest bit was the fact that his leg was beginning to throb once again, especially around the knee area. He found himself debating whether he should drop to the ground right then and there or attack the girl that he had still yet to recognize. His eyes were ablaze now, a mixture of pain and terror and anger all wrapped up into one, surely a terrifying combination in his dark eyes. He finally registered that the female vampire had moved to another body in the proximity and was dragging towards him. His gaze finally took in the whole scene, and he realized who he was talking to. He relaxed finally, easing off his injured leg a little bit and resetting his features to a more pleasant and friendly state, something that would, hopefully, show her how tired, thirsty, and sorry he was for insulting her.
"Crap, Elaniea, I'm sorry. I really am. I don't know what I was thinking, sweetheart. Please, forgive me. I'm not....myself."
He paused to settle down onto the ground, actually ignoring the new body for a moment as he tried to right the situation with her. He felt terrible now, and was going to resort to trying to be as sweet as possible to resolve the bad mood he had put her in on accident. "Come on Ellie, please, come over here. I'm sorry. I hurt my leg, is all, and I'm just not feeling well. Please, please forgive me?" He made the cutest face he could muster up and smiled weakly up at her, waiting to see if she would come and sit down with him. He could feel his strength building back up, however, as he sat there, and decided to try and feed now, so he stood again. He walked slowly to the body, casting a sideways glance at Elaniea before he took the last few steps towards it, signaling thanks for her kindness with his eyes. He really was truly grateful....he didn't know if he could have caught his own prey tonight, he probably would have ended up injuring himself further without really meaning to. He knelt gently beside the face, turning the face of the victim to face him, taking in the features, memorizing them, before sinking his teeth in. He always did this, he always tried to memorize the faces of his kills. He wanted to know exactly who he was killing, exactly where they stood. It was a weird thing to do, however, Chance was anything but normal. He leaned down and let his sharp teeth find purchase in the soft skin of the throat, drinking deeply. As the blood filled his mouth, rushing down his own throat into his stomach, he moaned softly. He was filled with pure pleasure now, unexplainable joy. God, it tasted so good. The feeling really was next only to having sex, really, really amazing sex. He drank until he drained the body, slurping up ever drop until their was audible dry sucking noise...the body was done. Chance sat back on his haunches, facing away from Elaniea now as he wiped the stray blood from his mouth, looking across the trees, wondering if there was anything else he could feed on out there. He was silent for the moment, savoring the strength that came hand in hand with the kill.[/blockquote][/blockquote] ° ° ° ° ° ° ° ° ° ° ° ° ° ° ° ° ° ° ° ° ° ° ° ° ° ° ° ° ° ° ° ° ° ° ° ° ° ° ° ° ° ° ° ° ° ° ° ° ° ° ° ° ° ° ° ° ° ° ° ° 'the TAG. elaniea 'the COUNT. six hundred and fourteen 'the OUTFIT. this 'the SONG. no more sorrow by linkin park 'the PICTURES. astrum of caution 2.0

She had no idea how she was going to get through this, but she was going to hold herself together, and she knew that she was going to get something good out of it in the end. She liked it when she was getting something out of it in the end, and she knew this was how she was going to get it. She let her mind wonder off, she had so many things going on in her head, and with all that she had been doing she would have a lot more later on as well. She let her mind wonder off again into the nothing ness, her eyes were soft and light as she was thinking about something else, she had no idea her Chancy was going to show up, she only called him her Chancy because it got to him, and she liked to make him smile sometimes. She was a strange Vampire, she had a lot of things wrong with her, but she wasn’t caring what other people thought about her. She shifted on the floor, knowing that she had to keep her guard up, even if she knew who it was. That was when he heard the footsteps coming to her again.
She bit her lip when she saw who it was, and he was saying that he was sorry for acting like that at her. She didn’t know how she wanted to react to him yelling at her like that. She wasn’t sensitive, but she didn’t like it when he yelled at her, she felt small there. She crossed her arms, but he had the puppy face going and she was like butter in his hands when he would do something like that to her she just had to be nice about that and everything. "Aw Chancy" She said as she shifted over to him and hugged him some then kissed him on the cheek softly and sweetly. "You feed on the body and then we can talk about everything after words, I know how much you need the blood right now and I don’t want you suffering." She cooed softly, being nice, and talking softly, knowing that she could get him to do that so that he can feel better. She then moved back from him and let him go to the body that she had brought to him there on the ground.
She watched him with the body, it was something interesting to see and behold, he was an interesting man and she couldn’t get enough of how he was acting. She danced a bit around him and the body now, taking in the sights and smiling about the whole thing. What was it about taking the blood from a body that just sent shivers down her spine? She didn’t know, all she did know was that she liked it a lot and wished that she could watch him every time that he fed. Once he was done and up again she jumped a bit and hung from a low branch swinging back and forth as she took that he was ok in. She smiled again humming a bit a she swung back and forth in the air on the tree. "Do you need me to go and get you another one?" She asked as she closed her eyes for a moment, taking in the cold air that she felt rushing against her skin as she swung back and forth on that little branch, she was having a lot of fun with that, more then she thought she would, doing something so simple anyways.

He knew the puppy eyes would get to her - they always did, even when he did something some annoying he was sure she would never forgive her for the thousands of years they would both live. He was so happy that she forgave him that for a moment he forgot about his pain, his thirst, and everything else. All that mattered was that Ellie was not angry with him and that she would help him. Of course, he was too proud to actually admit that he needed help, no, his ways of asking would be much more subtle. Such as the begging for forgiveness and puppy eyes. He was sort of lost in these thoughts when hugged him and kissed him on the cheek, which surprised him so much that he actually jumped a little, which was probably a pretty comical thing to watch. He nodded after she told him they would talk after he had had his fill, grateful, so grateful, that she understood the physical pain that he was currently in. He hugged her once more before approaching the body and drinking.
He didn't really notice that she was watching him while he fed, he was so into the blood that it really didn't matter. What he did realize about halfway through the feeding was that she was practically dancing circles around him in her happiness, which made him smile inwardly. After he had finished draining the body, he lingered over it for a while, enjoying taking his time, appreciating the blood and the power that he now felt returning to his limbs. He proceeded to stand, and, before he did anything else, moved the other body from where Ellie had drained it, pushing them both off to the side of the clearing. Now, there was a nice spot in the middle of the clearing, with a clear view up to the dark sky. The sky was particularly brilliant tonight, with lots of lit points, and, of course, a waxing crescent moon off to their left. He was silent for a moment, taking the whole of the experience in, not really one to talk too much even when he was around someone he was fairly comfortable with. He was simply a more quiet person, just happy to be along for the ride.
He then tuned into the beautiful vampiress behind him, turning so he could face her again. "No thanks, Ellie. I'll get my own kill if I need another. However...there is something I do need...." He smiled slightly as he walked over to the branch she was hanging on, watching her childish movements. He had never really noticed before just how pretty she was, however, out here in the moonlight, with the alluring scent of blood still in the air, he felt a strong sense of attraction between them. He decided to act on that, he was interested in what she might do in response. "Could you please come down from there and come sit with me? I'd really like you to." He held out a hand that she could grab if she wanted to as she slipped herself to the ground, though it was not a sign that he thought her weak. Instead, it was a signal of trust, friendship, and something more. He smiled lightly at her, hoping that the offer of sitting with him in the moonlit clearing wouldn't be so strange that she would get offended or weirded out or just flat out refuse him the company. He was nervous, however, he tried to hide that.

As much as she didn’t think so, she was rather good with reading people, weather it be her parents or someone that she had never met before. She always seemed to have that one knack of knowing what people wanted and when they wanted it, or something that they wanted just to get that moment to pass. She had been working on that for some time now, and one day she was going to be the best at that, for now she just knew that he was hungry and hurting and he had to feed or there was going to be some really interesting things going on later between the tow of them, and she did not know who was going to come out worse with something like that. Letting herself act in the moment that she was feeling at the time, letting herself hug onto him and kiss his cheek, it made her smirk when he jumped, oh she did love it when she could get to someone with the simple things that she was doing, that and she was a bit insane so that was beside the point. She did think it was cute, and that was what the important part was.
She was letting him drink, that was one thing that she just let people do, and did not bother them with it. Yes sometimes she would watch them, because she wanted to know what it was they were doing, and how it was that they did what they did. Other then that she was a nice person and had moved herself away, getting into the tree and letting herself hang there, swinging back and forth, she knew it was something that little kids did, but she was pretty damn happy with it herself. That was how she felt on the fact that she was swinging in the tree. Also from there she was able to watch him, seeing that he was moving the bodies to the side of the forest, she didn’t know why he was doing that, but just thought that it was something rather interesting to do. She hummed a moment, just letting herself go in the night as she swung her body, it was kind of interesting with the dress that she had on, but fun as well, seeing that it got her all wound up, though sometimes that was a bad thing, not this night though.
She nodded her head some when he said that he was fine, and if he needed another he would get it himself. She was a bit surprised when he said that there was something else that he needed. She watched him come over to her tree and asked her to come down from there and sit with him. Well now that was odd, this was the first time that he had ever asked such a thing. She didn’t find it weird or creepy, in fact she thought that it was a rather nice thing to ask. That and she had just feed so she was in a good moods and thought that it was going to interesting and a lot of fun. "Alright, im coming down." She said swinging then landing down on the ground with a soft landing, oh grace that was the one thing she loved about being a vampire, she had great grace and could land on her feet almost all the time. She smiled at him then reached over taking his hand some then nodded. "So where are we going to go sit?" She asked as she pulled herself closer to him.

He was very calm, usually, and very introverted. Especially during when meeting people for the first time, Chance was always quiet and careful. He liked to almost take on the position of the observer, the listener. Most of the time, people wouldn't even notice that Chance was there until he spoke up to say one small sentence. It was only once he really, really got to know someone that he really opened up to someone and spoke more than a few words at a time. For the most part, he simply watched, and took in the surroundings around him. It was a peaceful sort of way to live, such that Chance rarely felt himself stressed out for any reason. He had taken on the observant role with Ellie at first, learning all his quirks, and probably getting to know her better than either of them realized that he did. He was only just now becoming more talkative around her and really opening up. So, up until now, she probably learned the most about him by simply reading his actions and taking mental notes on them. He was starting to feel more comfortable around her now.
He was glad that she was there, quite honestly. He was done with being so lonely, and tired of being alone. After moving the bodies, he tried to seem as inviting as possible, ad kind as he could. He invited her down and then held out his hand for her to take. He hoped that she would accept the offer, because he sort of had an idea brewing that he hoped was not too terribly out of line. "Thank you, my lady."
He said cheerfully as she announced that she was coming down, his smile growing fonder with every passing moment. He was feeling something that he hadn't felt he hadn't felt since his last relationship, which had been about two years ago. At that time, he had been dating another vampire female. She had been your basic bitch, it turned off, though she had seemed nothing but sugar and sweetness in the beginning. She cheated on him with god knew how many guys and basically broke his heart. He hadn't really been able to live with his life after that and had refused to date anyone seriously, mainly just focusing on one night stands if his hormones called for it. This, however....this was different. This was not going to be a one night stand. "Follow me, please." He said quietly, squeezing her hand lightly and pulling her closer to him. He lead her carefully to the center of the clearing and removed his hand from hers for a moment. He took off his leather jacket and set it on the ground, smoothing it out so that she could sit on it instead of the ground. He turned back towards her and tentatively took her face in his hands, stroking her cheek gently before moving to hold her hand again. Always being more of a physical being, he did more by showing his emotions through his actions rather than actually voicing his worries or happiness. He looked down at her, his dark eyes lit up by the happiness he was feeling on the inside. "You're really pretty, you know that Ellie? I mean, I've always noticed that, b-but....you're really pretty tonight. I mean....aah. I'm not good at this. What I really want to say is, can I kiss you, Ellie?" He had some trouble getting the words out, but, once he did, he couldn't believe he himself had said them. He just went with what he was feeling, which was the desire to kiss her. He had never really considered this possibility before, however, it felt perfectly natural now. Ela didn’t know how long she had known Chance, the time just seemed to fly by when they were Vampires, just going on day by day, knowing that they were going to die for some very, very long time and they had all the time in the world to be who they are. That was something that could drive some people nuts, but, she knew just like he knew everything was going to be alright in some time and way along the road. She could remember back to the first time that she had meet him, they had been out hunting before, this time, not just for them, well at least for her, she was hunting on order of the guy who paid her to get some things for him. So she had been out, and ha run right into Chance, literally, and well, after a few choice words, she kept in touch, just hanging around him, getting to know him through the things that he was doing, and the actions that he took that set him apart from all the other vampires that she had ever had the pleasure to run along with, that and her last boyfriend was abusive, so she was glad to be around someone nice.
She swung some more, just getting herself ready to dismount the tree that she had put herself up into, once she was down, she knew that she had many things more to go on that night. This was different, she was not used to people being nice to her, she was a rouge after all, she was a hired aid and she did things for people so that she could get money. Then again, she needed the money to get things, and to be able to live in a little bit of comfort. So when he said that she smiled and had let herself down to the ground, taking a hold of his hand, there was a short feeling that rushed through her at that time, how many little shocks that she had put through her fingers since taking his hand. She knew this was different, and was not going to end up the one night stand that she had landed herself into before, besides he was to nice of a guy. Moving up a little bit she watched him, wondering what it was that he had planed for them that night.
"Lead the way dear" She said smiling as she was pulled close to him, he felt so nice against her like that, it was strange that she would feel that way about someone, but she did and she was really starting to like the way that it was making her feel in the long run. She shifted against him some, and smiled when they came to the spot in the clearing, where he then took off his coat and put it on the ground, she could tell that they were going to be sitting down at one point. But not this second with the fact that his hands had held onto her face, and she couldn’t help looking up into his face. Something about his eyes just got to her, and she had to look into them, his words were cute and she could tell that he was stumbling over some of them, so she just let him for the moment. Then he came to the point, he wanted to kiss her, that was cute. She just smiled as she leaned up some. "You don’t have to ask you can just do it/" She smiled some as she leaned herself up and kissed him, wanting to start that for them.

Like most guys, Chance had gone through the really awkward stage - the gangly, too long legs, too short hair, and spotted skin. Now, though, as was the way with a good deal of guys, his body seemed to have come together. However, unlike most males, he didn't seem to have realized quite yet that he wasn't just your average looking guy anymore. He really was quite a looker, something of a trait in his family, though, again, he had never noticed how beautiful his young mother was or how handsome his quiet father was. He didn't look in the mirror and think, hey, I'm pretty good looking. No, Chance didn't really care. So it would be strange for him to imagine anyone finding him attractive, anyone finding anything interesting about his appearance at all. So, that was another aspect that impacted his quiet nature: he was afraid, that, if he were too loud, people would look over at him, afraid that they would judge him too critically. So, he'd just rather stay quiet and unnotied.
But Ellie....god, now, she was extraordinary. His last girlfriend had been your average sort of pretty: long hair, bright eyes, skinny enough that she didn't look starved but she looked fit. However, there had not been anything unique about her. You could probably look in any species and find another girl with long, brown hair, hazel eyes, and perfect ivory skin. There was just nothing too terribly exciting there. With Ellie, however, there was nothing but individuality present. Within her smile, which escaped at random moments, and her light hair, which he found particularly alluring as it shone in the moonlight. But, most of all, what he found himself looking at each second were her eyes. They were so emotion filled, and Chance felt like he knew her well enough to sort of get a feel for how she was reacting by looking right at her eyes. Now, her eyes seemed to say that she was pleased, which was a good sign. After he finally choked out what he had been trying to say, he looked down at her. Her response was, thankfully, exactly what he had expected. He was about to lean down to kiss her when she stretched up to kiss him instead, evidently ready to begin.
He felt his lips curl into a smile, however, he couldn't have pulled away if he had wanted to. He pushed his lips harder on her, taking away some of the softness of the first kiss and adding some more passion, some yearning. He pulled her closer to him, so happy to have her in the way he did now. He didn't want to rush things, though, he didn't want to scare her off. Therefore, he pulled away after a moment and just settled on holding her there for a moment, just letting his lips curling into a smile. "I see you got where I was going with that, thankfully. You know how bad I am with words...I was afraid you wouldn't....say yes. Ellie, are you...are you ok with this? Because if you aren't, we don't have to keep doing it. I mean, I really liked it....but I want you to be happy, ok?"
He said this sentence a little less nervously than the last one had come out. This one probably just sounded hesitant and unsure, as if he didn't really know what to do with himself now that this were actually happening again. He pulled her close and rested his chin on the top of her head, thinking quietly now, waiting for her to respond. Today just had to be the best day ever, in the whole wide world, nothing could compare to the way she was feeling right then and there. Not even when her mother and father let her have her first house, so that she could live out on her own and would never have to worry about them pushing her to do the things that she didn’t want to do. She was full of smiles, and bubbles, but she didn’t how that to often, because some people would think she was nuts, seeing how most vampires were gloomy and all that, so she wanted to come off like other vampires but she had a hard time sometimes when she just wanted to be silly, and not always the bitch that everyone thought that she was. This was how she got people to do the things that she wanted them to do, seeing that most people thought she could kill them in one look, it was easy to get her way, but with Chance, she was nice, and happy and herself, and not the stuck up person everyone thought that she was, since he liked her the way that she was in the first place.
She could be herself with him, and that was the first thing that she liked about him, how kind he was, and she was more then happy with that. He couldn’t see the things in him that she saw in him, how handsome he was, and how cute, charming and how much she was pleased with that. She was so happy that he would allow her to be with him like that, she was always so scared that she was not his type, or he only wanted to keep it on a friend level, that and she was a klutz, and tripped a lot, or sometimes did stupid things, that someone as perfect as he was in her eyes would want to be with something as imperfect as she was. But, like a lot of people have said, love was in the eyes of the beholder, and she knew what she beheld she liked, more then what most people would think about her. So she could say many, many good things about him, but she was having a hard time thinking thanks to the fact that she was holding onto him so close, and well she was kissing him.
That killed a lot of the thoughts in her head right then and there, she as actually doing something that she never thought in the whole wild world she of all people would be doing. Taking a moment to regain herself when he pulled back, she moved and hugged onto him, not wanting to let go because she felt so safe around him like that. She laughed softly when he was talking, he was glad she got what he meant about wanting to kiss her and all that other stuff that came with it. She nodded her head some, he seemed rather nerves with the way they were, so she moved up again and looked at him in the face. "If your asking me, if i want to be with you, then yes i do. I know that can be weird, but i feel like myself when I'm around you, and you to me are the best person, no, no the most wonderfulness person i can ever hope to have meet in my life." She said trying to put her words together right. She wanted him to know she cared about him deeply so she stayed right up against him letting him know she wasn’t scared of anything.

Sure, with the bum leg and lack of feeding, it could only go up from where it started. Nothing could be worse than being terribly thirsty and in incredible pain, all at once. However, he hadn't really expected this level of absolute perfection to be reached today, not by any account. He never really went out looking for girls, and he never really ended up hooking up with any. He just wasn't the guy who was going to draw your eye from the center of the bar. So for him to not only be here, fed and feeling much, much better, but to be close to Ellie like this....well, it was pretty amazing. He smiled to himself as all these thoughts crossed his mind, glad that he had decided to get up off his ass and come out and see what could be done tonight. Honestly, he had considered another night full of remorse and pain, alone in his small, one bedroom place that nobody, not even Ellie, had ever seen the inside of. It was somewhat of his secret hideaway, so he didn't like bringing people in. He felt like that would contaminate what little positive energy the place had going for it.
He felt like he could completely act natural around her, and he definitely wasn't afraid to talk in front of her, which was a good thing. The only thing was that she made him so nervous. She was so perfect, it seemed, that it sort of intimidated him. This was probably why he couldn't get sentence straight around her, especially right now. Seeing as he was requesting to kiss her and all. God, that was nervewracking. Usually, he let the girl take the first move. Call it wussy, it was a surefire way to ensure that she really did have feelings for him as he did for her, and not just a one way street type deal. He was simply testing the waters, usually, and didn't want to get too involved. However, it had felt right to make the first move here, it had felt good. He knew he liked Ellie a lot, and, from the way he was reading her, and from his knowledge of her and how she acted around people, he felt a great deal sure that she felt the same way. For once, things seemed to be working in Chance's favor, something that was a long time coming. He really was not the luckiest person when it came to romance, but he felt like that was something that might be changing.
The kiss was amazing, but Chance had to end it not long after it had started. He felt like he needed to make sure that she was okay with this, that this was just as perfect to her as it seemed to him. So, he waited for her response, pleasantly surprised by her response. "Oh, Ellie, honey, you're amazing."
He said softly, pulling her closer to him, clutching at her tightly, as if afraid she might disappear at any moment. He was simply incredibly happy to have her here with him this way. It felt more right than anything had felt in a long, long time. After a few moments, he let go of her, not wanting to seem overenthusiastic. Always nervous, always thinking, constantly worrying, that was Chance. However, he was beginning to calm down, especially with Ellie here. It felt better, now. He wasn't so concerned, not so frustrated or confused as to what he was supposed to do. This all made sense to him. He turned and pulled her with him to the center of the clearing, towards where he had laid down the jacket. He sat, holding her hand as she stood still, hoping she would come down here with him. Once again, he was using his actions over words. It was like someone had taken her mind, searched in to her head to see what she was thinking would make the perfect person for her, and then made him for her out there into a good person that she wanted. She was happy, she couldn’t be more happier then she thought that she should be aloud to be. Why was Chance so perfect? Why did he come off as being he one person that could see her for the real person that she was? She didn’t know, but she was glad that he could, she didn’t think that she could feel this right with someone else, no one else let her be herself, they all wanted her to be this tough, angry, self centered bitch who only cared about killing and blood and things like that. He just, he just wanted her to be herself, and well that was what she was thinking he wanted of her, she knew that she just wanted him the way that he was, perfect, kind and caring, someone that she could really feel that love kind of thing with, she just hoped that he felt the same way about her as she felt about him, she didn’t just do this all the time you know it made her sad.
She couldn’t help he fact, that she felt like she was walking on air that she was so close to him like that. She didn’t know if he felt the same way, so she was taking this step by step, and not letting anything pass her by like other things had done before. She wanted to scream and dance and just do something wild and crazy, but she knew that would freak the hell out of him, and she did not want to do that, bad things, that would be bad things. She looked at him, as she was staying so close to him, she liked the way that he felt, the way that he smelled, and well, the way that he tasted against her lips like they had been kissing. She couldn’t help, but wonder how it was going to go on form there with there kissing and what not. She wondered, what his mind was thinking, and she hoped that he did not think she was just some easy pick up, she was putting her real feelings into this kind of thing.
She smiled, as she was listing o the things that he was saying, that was the first time that she felt like she was walking in the sky with no one around her. No one was holding her up and for the first time she was free. "Oh Chance, just because you think so.” She said as she rubbed his cheek softly for a moment, a nd just letting herself stay close to him, she didn’t want to let go of that safe feeling. Though, he soon moved and she did not know why he was moving, but she went with him and over to where he had put the coat down on the ground. she felt good about that, as he sat down, she moved down onto the ground with him, not needing to be asked, she knew what he meant by that. she moved herself closer to him, and rested her head on his shoulder as she sighed softly kissing his cheek again. "Chance" She said as she moved up closer to him, making herself comfy and safe around him, knowing that he was ok with that as well. "Thank you, you are amazing" She said as she stayed close to him, letting herself look into his face, feeling the major rush of emotions as they rushed through her.
